Terry Molnar Phd

Terry MolNar

I received my doctorate at the University of California in 1982, and have over 30 years of experience providing Psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. My particular interests include working with children-of-divorce, step families, couples (Including non-traditional couples) and parenting issues.

Research shows that the quality and character of the relationship between therapist and the client is the most important and powerful aspect of the process. I work to establish a warm and effective working relationship with my clients so that we can work together, in collaboration, to relieve suffering and solve problems.

I take my work seriously and enjoy it. I do it primarily for satisfaction and secondarily to make a living. I do my best to help clients feel comfortable and to achieve success. I don't view clients as objects of treatment, but as people, hoping to benefit from my help.

I have recently decided not to renew my psychologist license and to continue my work as a Relationship Coach

Relationship coaching focuses on improving the quality of marital, family, friendship, and employer/employee relationships. Life stage and transition coaching focuses on navigating the various challenges that accompany the onset of stages of life such as childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, full adulthood (development of family and career), and ageing as well as gender issues.
